Tuesday, June 15 the team began work at the orphanage. I was proud of many of our students who worked above and beyond the call of duty. Today the team fabricated bunk beds which we hope to assemble tomorrow. After the work day, the team toured Port Au Prince. The devastation caused by the earthquake was simultaneously captivating and heartbreaking.

Monday June, 14 we finally arrived on the ground in Haiti after a three hour delay and a few rough landings.  The team was greeted by our host Leon and our interpreters Cola and Melrick. We eventually arrived at the Coconut Villa late at night.
